I'm a graduate of the University of San Diego and founder of a San Diego-based software company and held titles including Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer as well as Software Engineer. I've also authored several books and various publications.
As a real estate professional, I'm e-PRO® certified providing high quality and innovative online-based real estate services. Additionally, I have state-approved Feng Shui certification to bring this art as a benefit to my real estate clients. I hold dual membership in both the San Diego Association of Realtors as well as the Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors providing my clients with extensive regional coverage in Southern California.
I am at the very top among agents in the use of technology. I have my own Virtual Tour company called FlyingReal.com producing all the virtual tours for my listings as well as those for other agents. With my tablet PC, I've developed a paperless system for buyers and sellers contracts. You can find my marketing both online and in conventional print.
